Our Mission
Talent Konnections was founded to help growing organizations manage their workforce with the same level of professionalism, compliance, and strategic oversight typically found in large enterprises.
As organizations grow, HR and payroll complexity increases ,but many are not ready for a full-time executive. Our role is to bridge that gap.

Founder Story
The founder of Talent Konnections brings a strong foundation in human resources, payroll compliance, and business education.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, the focus has always been on the business impact of effective workforce management.
Professional credentials include:
  •  Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP),-National Payroll Institute
  • Associate Professional in Human Resources (APHR),-HR Certification Institute
  • Member, Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA)
  • Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) – HRPA
  • Certified Payroll Manager (CPM) – National Payroll Institute
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations, Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota
To maintain the highest professional standards, the founder is currently working toward:
  • Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE) – HRPA
  • Payroll Leadership Professional (PLP) – National Payroll Institute
